The people are wonderful, always helpful and always positive, but not in a manner that is false or forced. The layout of the store is great, organized, but not too much so. And the products….unsurpassed in selection and quality. I want everything in the store. Oh, yes, and once I purchased something and it fell apart a few years…yes YEARS later…they returned it to the merchant and replaced it with a better product that I still use to this day more than 10 years later. Ordered a present for my sister in law from Charles Dept Store, and could not be happier with the experience.

Easy to find what I needed (sold out so many places!), easy to place the order. I added a note that it was a gift and requested they not include the price, and almost immediately after I placed the order a real human being emailed me and asked if I needed any other services, since it was a gift.

The order was shipped incredibly fast, and arrived today in perfect order (SO fast!)

Charles has a great selection of women’s clothes and Athletic wear. They carry solid, high quality brands like Dylan and Vuori. If your size isn’t on the rack they make sure always to check the stock and see if they have it in the back room.
