We received olive oil as a gift a few months ago and decided to visit the Phat Olive store in person, and I must say it is a true delight! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who are genuinely passionate about their products.

One of the highlights is the opportunity to taste before you buy. The young lady was knowledgeable and happy to guide us through the flavors, suggesting perfect pairings and sharing recipes that spark our creativity in the kitchen. What a lovely surprise this place was. Went to Katonah to visit the historical sites from when they moved all the buildings and the whole town to make way for the dam but stopped in here out of an overwhelming love for olives and all their pairings. The owner was the most interesting and friendly person you would never expect to run into. Passionate about his business. Knowledgeable and helpful. I was really looking forward to visiting this store to get a special gift. The person working there did not acknowledge us as we walked in. She did not ask us if we needed any help. She did not offer us tastes of the olive oils (I have shopped in similar stores where tasting was part of the experience.)
