Is a normal, decent gas station. It is brand new and apparently opened this Tuesday! It competes with the 24/7 CVS down the street except this isn't open 24/7. The gas pumps are modern and have huge, vertical screens, even for selecting what type of gas you want. Funny how the gas prices are still manual though. There are 2 150 KW ChargePoint EV chargers, which have CCS and unfortunately Chademo I believe. I wish they would switch to NACS. Other than that, they have standard convenience store items and hot dogs, plus an air tire filler. My favorite part is how much space there is in the front. There's a cool little art thing and a bunch of benches in front of a dedicated pedestrian entrance, so quite the nice addition to Twelve...

Visited the store tonight at 9:40 purchased $40 in gasoline. Tried to get inside to purchase additional items and the cashier had the doors locked standing behind the cash register.
