If I could leave no stars for this place I would because the way they treated my mother was HORRIBLE. I hope they dont treat their mothers like this! I had given my mother a gift for a full body massage (1hr) as a Valentine’s gift. Her appointment was on that Sunday at 3pm. She went in and stated that the lady at the front desk told her that she did not have an appointment with a very nasty attitude. She had called me and asked if it was correct and I assured her it was. My mother even gave the lady a printed copy of the appointment which provided the date, time, and service. The lady took it, didnt even bother to look at it, gave it back to my mother, and said “we are too busy we cant take you”. Excuse me? If a customer made an appointment you should honor that appointment or at least try to accommodate the customer. She made it seem like my mom bothered her. Instead of having a relaxing Sunday, my mother was met with a rude and nasty lady. My mother didnt want to fight or argue with her and we dont EVER plan on going there again!! Terrible...

Their ad says BODY massage and foot spa. I went in one hour $50. I got a back massage..and girl tickled my calfs. That's it. Upon leaving boss lady tells me they only do back massage. Hmm..a foot spa that doesnt do feet?? The girl had NO technique . She 100% did not know what she was doing . I definitely will not be back. Ive had many massages,this being one of the worst .Also it seems they have many private rooms. I got stuck off main hallway where all the foot massage chairs are. Girl enclosed me with curtain .So I got to listen to everyone walking by and curtain blowing open. I knew when I walked in boss lady had an attitude as if she did not want to take me at 8pm.
