This store is a disgrace. Look up... there are water stains all over the ceiling tiles throughout the store - mold growing behind them. The meat cases are never kept cold enough. Most of the cases do not even have thermometer gauges, but the one that did today - read 55 degrees. Meat is supposed to be refrigerated at 35-38 degrees. This is much too warm (you can tell when you approach the case that it's warm). PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET SICK! I just read a comment about a reviewer who got food poisoning from dairy purchased here. Mold on the produce. I also saw black mold growing on the underside of the meat case where the ground chicken and turkey are displayed. This is disgusting and unhealthy.

PLEASE clean up this store and install new, clean, working cold cases with new working temperature gauges. I moved out here 2 years ago and this has been going on since my first visit here. At that time, I let the clerk at the front desk know the cases were too warm. Nothing has changed in two years. Miller Place is such a beautiful place to live - it's residents deserve a clean and properly functioning store to purchase food...

This Stop & Shop is a large size supermarket. Their prices are good and consistent with the area.The produce section is big enough to get lost in and everything always looks great. The deli has such a large variety of what you would expect in a deli and specialties that you wouldn't expect. Be careful not to go there when you're hungry - you've been warned! This supermarket has just about anything you could be looking for. To be perfectly honest there is more here than I could explain.The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. Be sure to get a Stop & Shop card this will enable you to get your own pricing gun so you can scan each item you buy and put it directly into your bag (it also shows you the price of the item and gives you a running total). The best part is no lines and all your food is already in your bags. You just go to a checkout machine, use your scan gun to check out, pay the machine and you're out the door. BTW they do sell beer & other items with a similar alcohol content as beer. And you do get points for a discount...

Such a disappointment the last few times I’ve been here On two occasions Amy from the florist was so rude It’s like we were bothering her to make up an arrangement. She has such a bad attitude. Then another gentleman came behind the counter who worked there and she started whispering to him and he looked over at us. She rang us up and handed us the flowers and walked away without saying a word. I will never come there again. And now today I’m at the deli counter, and have never experienced such a rude deli clerk. Her name was Donna She complained the whole time. She apparently started her shift at 5. She was rude to the employees along with the customers. Your front end staff the one that walks around like she’s mad at the world I think her name is Geri She has numerous times talked to the staff like garbage especially the younger kids. I would think in this town you would really look into who...
