This place is a joke, they don’t own up to their craftsmanship at all! If you get a ring from them and it’s literally breaks within a few months they will argue it’s your fault and attempt to charge you a third time!

First time we asked for a sizing band of 6.5, we got instead a bigger size of “7/8”

If the jewelry made a mistake on a custom sized band don’t you think they should not charge you to get the asked for size corrected?

Not the case! Third time we went back and took the broken platinum band to let them know this is unheard of! Of course they said we damaged it and I never did anything strenuous due to the fact that I work in the office doing data entry work :(

If you want a blessed proposal seriously don’t bother here they won’t own up to customer satisfaction and or the fact that the ring wasn’t created at a wholesale lab improperly! I would never wish or recommend anybody...

Brought a watch with cracked crystal, they told me it would be ready in a week. After 2 weeks the watch was still sitting there with the cracked crystal.
