Intercounty Appliances is my favorite customer to deliver to. I deliver to this location and thier NJ. Location. The employees at both locations are all very good. Never once have I had a issue with either location. The key is being on time ( early ) is the best. Medford will call you and assign you a dock door early. They are very understanding if they woke you and you need a few minutes to get yourself together and do that elog thing. I wish more recievers were as good as Intercounty Appliances. It's always a⁸ pleasure to me to deliver to them. Just always be polite, respectful, don't litter thier property. Be thankful they allow us to park at thier location. 10-4 ? 🚛 👍

• update* they no longer allow us to park overnight on thier property. You can't even get on the property until your scheduled appointment day. Once unloaded they expect you to leave asap. Knowing that there's really no truck parking on long Island. I asked if i could stay the night on site once i delivered because i was very low on available hours on my 70. Absolutely not. I had to leave even after providing a service to them. The so-called truck parking a few miles away is nothing but side road parking with nothing else. And usually slammed packed,Well they do have plenty of NY p.d. to harass us trucks. So this location is no longer...

This business is run extremely well; from the front office to the warehouse personnel; even the security guard is friendly & professional. The Receiving hours are Monday-Friday 5am to 2pm except any major holiday. Lunch break is 11am to 12pm and as long as a truck driver makes their appointment on time, it's smooth sailing. Usually if a Broker is involved, they don't communicate the correct appointment time to the carrier's dispatcher or driver which always causes issues. So double check your appointment time with your dispatcher and check your bill of laden because if you miss your appointment by more than 30 minutes, that delivery is subject to refusal.
