Very expensive! Only one tech I trust there. (Nicole) she should go find another place to work. And always feel rushed. All other techs are horrible and rude! I went today to get nails done and two of them rolled there eyes when I walked in. I will never go back!

I have to say I hate writing negative reviews but this place deserves it between being expensive and rude. Go find a better salon.

Writing a response like that shows what kind of salon you are running. I did not expect Nicole what so ever. I expected your techs to get better with time. Giving them benefit of doubt. I have gone there many times and most of your techs are so fast that you cut me many many times. You’re not consistent on how you take polish off. You have hurt me many times! I have made this clear! I have been to two other places that are charging $30 with better experience. You guys charged me $38 last time 🤔. That was my last straw. If you check other reviews you are the worst! Do your homework and maybe be more considerate in your reviews. I’m not an appointment person but to walk in and have two of your techs roll their eyes when I did walk in was ridiculous. Again rude and expensive. Good luck with your salon because many in the other one I visited today agreed that you guys are way over priced. Look at your 5 to 1 reviews and compare to others in the area...

Stopped coming here before Covid but needed a pedicure so my daughter and I decided to give it another try. WRONG move!! Went on a Tuesday afternoon figuring not busy because wanted a special spa pedicure. Well at this place at any time time or day this is a mistake. While the prices go up and they sound so wonderful and relaxing that is exactly what they are NOT!!. The man who took care of me all he did as he rushed through the pedicure was answer the phone multiple times. what was supposed to be a relaxing treatment was not. Was supposed to soak in the tub with aromatics ...... yeah that didn’t happen either!! He tried to short change me on the massage by ending it when my daughters ended but her technician had started earlier so I told him No I have more time left!! Unfortunately what was supposed to be a nice relaxing girls spa pedicure turned into a rushed not even good stressful experience!! So again will have to look for somewhere else!! Not paying these prices and not getting the experience or...

I got the top pedicure today on my first visit as it was $10 off and I will never return. I noticed as I was getting the paper out from my toes that two nails weren’t completely filled in but I was in a rush so I didn’t ask to have it fixed. When I was given my bill the girl who did my nails asked if I wanted to pay at that time, I said yes and she walked off without returning. I’d noticed everyone else’s person who did their pedicures massaged them when they went to get their nails dry but this one didn’t. Someone else came and did that at least. The person who did my mother’s nails hounded her to get a bunch of other things done so that ruins the relaxation of it. But this isn’t why I come to post this review. I was horrified to discover a couple of hours after getting my pedicure that half the nail polish came off. It looks as if I got my nails done weeks ago instead...
