Rico's Clothing — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

While Rico’s usually has excellent reviews and all of the men in my bridal party have used them before, they were AWFUL. They couldn’t keep track of the groomsmen with their correct sizes. Unfortunately some of one groomsmen had to go at different times to get sized and they all had different experiences. My husband and father got measured and fitted for a their suits before ordering them and got to try on a sample suit. One of our groomsmen did the same and also got to try on the shoes and another groomsmen drove there just for them to ask what size he is and he was told they’ll size him for alterations when the suits come in.

All of the men in our bridal party bought their suits, and then some rented shoes and some bought shoes from them. Rico’s never called anyone to say that their suits came in. When some of our groomsmen called them and asked if their suits were in they were told they were, but when they went in to pick them up, they weren’t there. It wasn’t until our 2nd groomsmen actually went to go pick up his suit that they told him he could no longer buy shoes, he could only rent them. He called me on his drive home, which came as a shock to both my husband and I because Ricos never called us to let us know. When I called Rico’s to ask them about it the man’s response was “we ordered them too late, but at least you’ll still get them to rent, it’s not like you’re not getting shoes at all.” I was fine with it, but told him it was unprofessional that they didn’t call us to let us know and his response was “well I don’t know what to tell you lady, we usually deal with just the grooms that are fine with things.”

It wasn’t until the drive after the ceremony from the church to our reception that my husband let me know that everyone’s suits were completely wrong. Our best man had a completely different white shirt than everyone else, one groomsmen had a completely different vest, and everyone’s sizing was too tight. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING.... after my NOW HUSBAND :) was in search of the perfect suit for our wedding we were referred to Rico's ( after being disappointed by all men's warehouses lol ) , my Lord am I GLAD we went. You want to talk about accommodating, clean & professional ? I had 5 guys all needing something to wear, in all different sizes from 5'3 to 6'10 & they matched everything and accommodated everyone. Not to mention, from the time my husband ordered his suit to picking it up he lost 35 lbs, and needed it altered not once but twice ! Rico's assured us we had nothing to worry about and it was true we had NOTHING to worry about. Everything was done and perfect on time. not a single moment of stress or worry . and Boy did everyone look SO HANDSOME! Suits Shoes, Ties everything perfect!

I will forever be thankful of this amazing staff on all the levels of honesty, professionalism & just overall being the real...

The best there was, the best there is, the best there ever will be.. I asked Rico's a big favor.......... .@My daughter was getting married in San Diego, California. I and my son waited until the last minute. Went picked out 3 new suits for the wedding ( I of course was walking her and wanted something special, my other son wanted something GREAT also..(all with no time to spare) Rico's stepped up,, We picked the 3 suits out with their help, they made all the adjustments and incredibly they had all 3 suits, shirts, ties socks and shoes ready withing 3 days. Went to San Diego and we looked fantastic. My daughter and her husband were very proud of the way we all looked and thanks to Rico's Travel Suit Bags, the suits looked fantastic. Thank you Rico's, the Blanco family love you guys for over 40 years now...You guys should be in Hollywood..You guys belong with the best. You are the best...God bless...
