Five Below — Local services in Town of Canandaigua

Rudest experience I've ever had. Walked up to the front to cash out and made a joke about the self check out when I didn't realize it was closed feeling embarrassed as she said it's closed saying haha I can read. The employee proceeded to roll their eyes turn their back to me and mouth words to their go worker before stomping off. The rest of the staff was standing off in a corner the entire time talking to what seemed like family. So I just left there and I seen everyone checking themselves out but when I got to the register they checked me out my daughter's and I were the only black people in the store so i really felt some type of way when I left that will definitely be my last time shopping there also I am a nurse I probably make what all those workers make in one...

If you are going to checkout every customer individually because you want to “reduce theft”, why bother having self checkout kiosks? Never experienced this at any other 5 below, i definitely would not recommend this location. I love having someone stand over my shoulder as I count...
