I spoke with Kat on a Friday, which by the way, they were closed and he still answered the phone. I brought my son’s PS5 in for repair the next day. Kat could not have been more knowledgeable, professional, and willing to help. He explained the process of repairing the console in detailed fashion. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He suggested an additional repair which turns out was totally necessary based on the age of the console.He did not try to upsell us on unnecessary repairs or upgrades or anything of the sort. My son says his PS5 is working like it was brand new! I would recommend Kat for any of your gaming console repairs, as well as cell phone repair and accessories. I would give them 10...

Went to the downstairs kiosk to get the battery in my Pixel 3XL replaced. Since I already had bought a battery online and attempted to replace it myself at home, he agreed to use the battery I had purchased and give me a discount off the total price because I provided parts... Service took a little longer than expected (about an hour), but when I stopped in to check on it, I saw how carefully he was working - so it was worth the wait.

I can’t say anything bad or negative about my experience here! Kat was wonderful. Unfortunately I broke my phone and never backed up years worth of information and photos so when my new phone came and had no way of transferring that data on my own I was panicking. Thankfully Kat was able to guide me through the process of transferring all my information. Not only was he super knowledgeable about everything the 2 hours or so it took for everything to transfer flew by thanks to his hospitality and conversation
