Rammi’s Bagel — Restaurant in Town of Carmel

I ordered a BLT on Rye not toasted. The bread was hard as a rock, burnt. They toasted it. The bacon was so over cooked, it was crumbs. Don't get me started on shredded lettuce. The sandwich was inedible. I also ordered a chocolate croissants. The croissants was stale. Hard, not soft and fluffy. The kids ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and a Sausage egg and cheese on a bagel respectively. The bacon on the bacon egg and cheese was well done and a crumbly mess. And in my world a b l t is bacon lettuce and tomato. I have a slice of tomato on the sandwich. Waist of time and money and I am still hungry as none of...

I am not sure what happened to this place.. used to be good but now I don't think Ill return. Terrible customer service. I ordered 4 sandwiches.. all 4 were made incorrectly. While they apologized they refused to provide a refund. I was unable to return as we were on the road traveling when we realized that the sandwiches were incorrect. they were more than willing to lose a long time customer over $14.00. Very poor customer service. I see that I am not the only one that has had this experience. I will be going to Our Town Bagels In Mahopac from now on... at this point I would recommend the same to anyone...

This place has seriously gone downhill in the past few months. Watch your receipt as they charged more than posted prices for sandwiches on more than one occasion. Today ordered a sandwich without cheese as allergic and saw them put it on meat that was on grill. I said something to the counter person and saw them peel it off. Said I did not want it any longer and instead of an apology he lied and said cheese never on it. Done with this place. Too bad because it was good for...
