Though many records I felt were priced a little high, this is the best Hudson Valley record shop I've been to in a while, aside from the one in Hudson. Spike's was super clean, with ultra friendly owner (Spike) and extremely well organized. Also, Spike's collection is full of records I've never seen before in any record store and I've been to a lot of record stores around the world. Jazz guitar nerds, check out the current massive selection particularly on Pat Metheny, George Benson and Pat Martino and I was impressed how many Willis Jackson and Groove Holmes records they had too. This guy is extremely well-versed musically and his shop has new selections on display all the time.
