DTLR — Local services in Town of Cheektowaga

Villa used to be my favorite place to buy brand name sneakers for cheap, and it's certainly not the case anymore after its merger with DTLR. Got a pair of shoes on their website and they just run a little small when I tried them on. It used to be free returns and exchanges at the store when you buy anything online, not any more. When I got to the store, explained my situation that I wanted to exchange for a bigger size or another shoe, I was then told that I'd have to mail the shoes back and pay for the shipping myself. It was horrible for me. All the workers asked everybody if they needed help but me. They even asked people who came in after me. I had to raise my hand to get some service. No smiles, nothing. I was treated as if I was inconveniencing somebody & was even brought out the wrong shoe size. I eventually just left the store since they wanted to take so long to go get the size I asked for. But it's ok! Because I ordered all of my shoes off of finish line & kids foot locker. I was going to buy 5 or 6 pairs of shoes & a couple outfits for myself...

I purchased some sneakers for my son he couldn’t fit them but I couldn’t exchange them without a receipt even though they are unworn & in the original box. I finally found my receipt but cause it’s past the 30 days they won’t exchange them I will never shop...
