I went to purchase a chĆ”rter for my phone i went to the counter to pay and the lady says that he is not an employee he is a manager and the manager leave and did not help so i went to a córner and wait for a few minutes and the lady says thatās is why he does not like to be on the from because he is mistaken with an employee but he is he get pay to help customer so i wait to pay the charger there were busy with other customer talking . I ask do you mine charged me for this i needs to go to work please ,the other emplomes says I am busy helping him but he was just paying with a rubber band. So I leave. He continued to eat throughout. It was completely unprofessional and showed no respect to the customer. He also had poor knowledge of the current promotions for T mobile including switch and save , when we insisted he said it had expired, finally he tried to look up the iPad with his hands full of food. we were looking for a particular color of the iPhone and instead of calling a different store to see if it is available in Middletown, he insisted that the inventory is same in the surrounding areas. He didn't try to push anything expensive on me, he asked me about my needs and he made recommendations accordingly.
