Chester Village Deli & Catering — Restaurant in Town of Chester

Owners a great guy. Staff works hard. Winter they sell out fast but every other season is smooth. The food is good. You can buy anything from an Manhattan special soda, to pasta, sauce, tender ravioli in the frozen section, made daily salads, chips and other goodies. It's organized in a way that's comfortable and manages to let the customer enjoy the space. They have tables near the coffee spot by the front windows. Best thing besides the catering option, is the menu. You can purchase unique sandwiches, all stacked with good Italian food. Prosciutto, mozzarella, gabagool, cutlets, sausage/peppers to go, parm, and other things. They also serve boars head products including meats cheeses and condiments. Only putting a star because it’s the only way to write a review I do not recommend this place for no one unless your white or you like your food with a little hint of racism. The hole staff is racist I went to go get breakfast in the morning and as I waited they told me they don’t have breakfast as they were giving out and taking breakfast orders to the customers in front of me I looked around was the only person of color their and as I left the person behind me ordered breakfast so… do not go here at all the hole staff is racist and rude personally this place should...

I called in our order and the lady told us they were a bit busy but the sandwiches would take 20 minutes. Soon as i walked in, the smell was just amazing. I knew i picked the perfect place to get a real sandwich. I glanced around at their sweet treats section and they all looked so delicious. We got our sandwiches and she thanked us for our patience even though the food was done in a very timely manner even with being so busy.
