Celito Lindo is greatfor food, they just need a little change in a couple of ways.
It's different and more traditional than most of the Mexican spots In Buffalo, and offers a few unique items.
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that they missed the mark on pricing for what you get with a couple of dishes... $13 for Carne asada fries would be fine, if it was served with refried beans -sour cream- guacamole, but for just fries and meat with not much else, I was disappointed.. with that dish, it left me wanting more. The rest of the food was good though.
The atmosphere is okay, but could be a little more put together...and the bar not serving drinks seems to be a complete waste of space/investment of having a bar.
The staff here works hard and will get you things in a timely manner, and they do make the food with love. The tacos are good amd large, and even the vegetarian options were tasty. They also have a few good drinks including horchata and different juices/punch, and all we tried were great!
If you like traditional Mexican food you should go here, just don't expect a margarita from the bar... or any other cocktail.. but the food is legit, hopefully this place figures out a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTheir Barbacoa is the best I have ever had. The staff is incredibly . I've been a regular customer there for nearly a year now.
One time I came in to place an order but I had forgotten to bring my wallet with me. I canceled the order and was about to leave. The manager stepped and told me not to worry about it. "I got you," were his exact words. I know he had seen me there before but we had never really spoken. There was no prior connection between us to speak of.
He filled my order at no charge. I returned the next day to pay what I owed and place another order. He would only charge me half despite my insistence to pay the entire amount.
This act of charity has turned me into a forever loyal customer. Minimum of one order per week now and often more. Mad love for this establishment. Thank you! I am truly moved by your kindness and spirit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family and I are consistently up and down transit between Sheridan and Wehrle for our girls various activities throughout the week and we are always in the search for a great place to quickly stop and grab good food. We all love Mexican food and this place is our new favorite spot for quick Mexican cuisine because of the authentic experience. The flavor combinations were incredible and they somehow made salsa and guacamole taste different/better than I have had at any other quick Mexican take-out spot. We ended up dining in and listened to some great music and played fooseball before and after our meal. I canāt wait to go back for dinner because it really pleased the whole family and offered so many new flavors. This is how Mexican food is supposed to taste! Thank you to the...
