I'm writing this review to caution people against using this clinic for your health care needs. I recently I brought an elderly family member ( over 80 )to have a blister checked on her torso and back.. We suspected shingles and mentioned that while at this appointment. At the appointment we were told that the blister was a result of using essential oils. We were given burn cream and discharged without any paperwork detailing the summary of the appointment or the care that was supposed to be provided afterward. After continue pain and no improvement we sought additional care at the hospital. As soon as the doctor at the hospital looked at my elderly family member she immediately diagnosed her with shingles. The doctor at the hospital was extremely confused and concerned that she had been misdiagnosed by the clinic as shingles is very common and easy to diagnose pretty immediately. I attempted to contact this clinic after receiving the information at the hospital, however, when I called I was told that no manager was present or would be for the next 5 days (this was memorial weekend) and that the owners are never on site. During this conversation I was also told that the doctor who we had seen was a per diem and was no longer working there. Keep in mind that all of this is happening within 2 weeks of the initial appointment. When I called back at the time I was told the manager would be back in the office, I was able to speak with Dallas Worth. While she was pleasant in her demeanor she was also dismissive of my concerns. She proceeded to tell me that it was not that serious that my elderly family members ( over 80) condition had been misdiagnosed. I looked up what happens when shingles goes untreated these are a few results Skin infections, Facial paralysis, Vision loss, Hearing problems, Brain inflammation, Pneumonia, Stroke, Hepatitis, Transverse myelitis.

Seeing as how the complications that can result from untreated shingles are quite alarming I find it concerning that a medical professional would not be more concerned about a doctor not being able to diagnose something so simple at their clinic. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS CLINIC AGAIN OR RECOMMEND...

Saved From The Measles!!! I'm not a big fan of writing personal online reviews for all to see but I do believe that Dr. Dallas does deserve this. The other morning I opened my eyes to see my 4 year old running full speed at me. She then leaped into the air and coming down like Hulk Hogan right onto my nether region. As I screamed out in pain I realized that my back was bothering me more than my groin. The itch on my back felt like a million fire ants where dancing to an insanely load 80s hair band song. I screamed to my oldest child what is wrong with my back. My oldest went from laughing at the flying knee that landed on me too a pause. She then screamed Daddy has the measels! I ran downstairs and out to my car half naked. I thought maybe I should call ahead to let everyone in the walkin that I was three minutes out and coming in with a case of the measles. Three minutes later I entered the clinic slowly lifted my shirt as if I was showing a bunch of cops that I was unarmed. The wait time for me was less than a minute. Dr. Dallas entered the room seconds after I arrived. She immediately made me feel at ease. She informed me that I did not have the measles but that I did have ring worm. When I asked her if there was a cure she let me know in her sweet soft voice that she prescribed a cream and it was ready for me at CVS for pickup. I highly recommend this urgent care Dr Dallas and all who work there. Thank You for everything my ringworm is completely cleared up and I'm once again living...

Do NOT come to this urgent care. I thought the one in Tarrytown was bad but at least in Tarrytown they don't pretend they didn't see you and lose or throw out your specimen. I went on 1/12/22 and I was late for my COVID test. The manager came out and said I was late and I asked if I should leave. She got someone to come out and swab me for COVID. Now 5 days later no results. I call and no accountability for anything. Maybe I imagined driving over there, talking to the staff and getting swabbed since they are all saying I never went. Best thing of all on the portal a "pending results" form is there and apparently they make one for all visits even cancelled ones. What a convenient response. AND the lab doesn't have the specimen. The most incompetent office ever. Receptionist in the front doesn't know how to put people on hold to focus on patients in front of her, Anna doesn't take responsibility for her actions or her staff and the most unprofessional thing that was done, was lose a persons' swab/test collection. Who does that? Stay away and like all the other comments I will also be contacting headquarters, corporate, everyone and printing out all the bad reviews and sending it to them. Hopefully someone cares about this the patients going to this...
