I have purchase quite a few things last year. Within them, two night stands. I do aware they are clearance sale. We looked at the pieces, they are not perfect, but just some minor imperfection. However, when the items were delivered, the night stands, especially one of them is in much worse condition and color is off too. Not sure what has happened. We contacted Stickley, their customer care promised to repair after look at the photos I sent to them. They scheduled two pick ups, both of them were cancelled last minute for different reasons. We tried to be understanding and wait for them to schedule again as they promised, but it has been few month since last cancellation in Nov, 2020. We emailed them again few times, the customer service lady never replied to us. This is very disappointing. We would expect a much better customer service from Stickley and expect them to keep their promise. Be ware of what you are getting and reject the shipment instead of waiting for a solution.
Update:
They called me a week after this review and scheduled to pickup the night stands for repair. It's been more than three months now, I have not hear from them regarding status of the repair. I have emailed the service lady more than a month ago and she never replied me. I called them two weeks ago. The lady on the phone found my furniture in the system and told me they are on vacation and will get back to me last week. Two week since then, and I still have not get any phone call. I wonder what happened to my night stands. I will update this review again once I hear from them.
Update:
I promised an update when I posted my last update. About a week or so after last update, I finally got a phone call from them indicating they are ready to deliver the night stands. I was away that week so I setup the appointment later. The worst part was fixed, the rest was left untouched. Including a drawer face that is slightly different color from the rest of the drawer front of the same night stand. At this point I don't want to pursue since I got it from clearance, I should tolerate some of the defects. My lessons learned is that when you buy in their outlet store, the showrooms are not very bright, try to move them to a better lighting spot or use your phone's light and take...

The sales usually extend over three or four days, and they have numerous interior design consultants on the floor to help you find what you're looking for. They will also write up your purchases, lead you to the cashier, and have your items carried to the loading dock in the back of the warehouse where they will be wrapped and placed in your car or truck if you have room to take them home with you. For larger items, you can arrange, for an extra charge, to have them delivered and, if necessary, assembled in the location within your home where they will be used. Stickley has other lines of furniture in addition to their famous Mission brand which will also be found on sale at the warehouse. Finally, the warehouse sale provides a chance to purchase hand-knotted wool and silk and wool rugs...
Read moreThis is the old Golbberg's furniture building in North Syracuse, NY. A memorable ever since I was a child. It's always seemingly closed here nowadays except for blowout sales events. I still have the furniture that we bought from Goldberg's 40 years ago. It was a great experience for me then. So I hope that Stickley will be a superb experience for me when I get the chance to explore their carpets from withing. Expensive, yes, but very well made. Ollie's Carpets cannot compare to the quality of Stickley Carpets. It's not even remotely close. If you want a carpet that will last, you shop here at Stickley. If you want the cheap carpets that fall apart, go to Ollie's or Lowes. It's as simple as that. For quality furniture carpeting at its finest, and you're willing to pay for it, you buy right here....
