DON'T order online expecting SAME-DAY instore pickup at this location! The order was placed very early in the morning. I waited all day for order confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup and it was never received. Since I was in the area, I decided to go to the store for myself and check for the items in my order and to simply ask to close out my online order, there at the store. The items were sitting right there, on the shelf, which would have otherwise sold to any other customers. Regardless, I brought the items for checkout to find out that the my online order could not be closed since the manager was not in and was the only person that could access their online order system. It's a hallmark store Apparently this small business doesn't appreciate customers, willing to pay 25% more than Walmart, for identicalmusical mothers day card. Clerk went browsing statuettes for a phone caller, left me standing at cash register for over 4 minutes, than came back, was not very friendly and failed to even acknowledge that she kept me waiting with even a simple sorry.
