Received excellent customer service from Nicole Spath on a new kitchen cabinetry set. She answered all of my questions and I was so impressed with her product knowledge and genuine interest to help customers that I purchased another kitchen set, which I was previously planning to purchase from a competitor, for another home. As an example of Nicole's genuine interest to help, when a kitchen sink that I wanted to buy was out of stock in the Colonie store, Nicole went out of her way the next day to bring that kitchen sink from the Latham store.

She has also been very helpful in answering some follow-up questions over the phone regarding additional products that I've wanted to purchase and I would easily recommend Nicole, Andrew and the rest of the team to anyone I know. Thanks for all your help in providing one of a kind...

If I could give ten stars I would. So my wife and I just wrapped up our kitchen remodel. My wife was doing dishes and a plate slipped and dropped in the sink. It’s spidered the new porcelain sink and is an under mount which means our granite is cut around the sink. I called home outlet and explained what happened, sent pics and spoke to manager Shawn. I sent over pics he got in contact with the manufacturer and got it covered under warranty, Sean is even paying the bill to have the granite guy come and set the new sink and pull the old one. Kitchen remodel. Cabinets came in October. Cabinets over stove came in without being prepared for hinges. We called, notified them…..nothing. Went into store multiple times only to be told “we forgot”. It is now June and still nothing. I guess once your sizable check clears it just doesn’t matter to them anymore. We were going to order some supplemental cabinets, but don’t trust them now and will have to go to a different supplier. Good...
