Northern Lights — Local services in Town of Colonie

Bought a puffco plus a week ago. It was broken straight out of the box. The pen worked great but the charger literally fell apart on the first use. When I spoke to the shop I was first accused of misusing the charger, twice. Then I was told that there is nothing they can do for me. I will contacting puffco directly and hope they can help. What gets me is that this shop still gets my money. All they did is take my money and give me a defective product. Seems like they get it all and I get nothing. Would never return and will spread word of mouth.

Edit: Aspersions and name calling? Interesting marketing strategy. The charger was broken straight out of the box as I clearly stated in my original review. And I never accused any employee of acting disrespectful. The kid that helped me was actually quite nice and attentive. And he did check that the pen itself was in good working order. However he did not check the charger. The charger is at least unique if not proprietary and not something I can just switch with another USB charger as it is threaded and not micro/mini etc. When the charger came apart it disabled the pen as well. BUYERS BEWARE - My son purchased a Pax vaporizer at Northern Lights, Fuller Rd., Albany, NY for over $300 - less than a week ago today (04/27/16) and it is defective. They refused to take it back. The store manager “Brittany” said he would have to contact the manufactuer etc. We asked for a refund and were refused. I am aware of NYS law regarding defective items, despite their sign in the store that says no refunds. Brittany claimed that she telephoned the store owner “JOY” who said no refunds under any circumstances. I am contacting the NYS Attorney Genera;’s office now to register a complaint against this business and ask that their business practices be investigates. A little late in writing but I know the manager would appreciate it. Thank you staff and manager for an awesome experience. Puffco peak is very popular and I wanted a particular item they didn't have on stock. The manager ordered me one and took my information to call me. A week or two go by and I'm wondering what happened. I go to the store and they asked if I was Craig. They apologized to me and my number was misplaced but they NEVER STOPPED holding the item for me.
