The other users here who gave negative reviews are correct. The place looks ransacked. Nothing is in its place. The customers are partly to blame too. An employee can do so much maintaining if you have swarms of people who don't put things in their place. Many things are overpriced for what they are. The faux leather is priced the same as actual real leather. I went on 4/25/2023. The main complaint I have that ruined my day was with other shoppers. Target seems to attract narcissistic people with no sense of direction or respect.. Especially respect for personal space. In the cosmetic aisle, a woman bulldozed past me with her wide cart. She was close to clipping me. She had her son in the cart and her teen daughter next to her. When I glared over at her she totally avoided eye contact because she was in the wrong. She was speaking a mix of English and this Albanian type language with an aged face and dyed and fried black hair. I am of an hourglass shape and even though I try to accommodate for people, people with manners see me and move out the way. This woman saw the aisle was too tight and still bulldozed without even pausing to think how it impacts others. She was so disrespectful and loud. She ruined my day. My mother had an appointment on 7/19 at 11:30 am and this pale woman with bright red hair, the assistant, physician, whatever she was, behaved disrespectfully regarding my mother's degenerative bone condition when my mom struggled to place her chin on the device that put air in her eyes. My mother can't straighten her neck up because it is permanently deformed due to an autoimmune disease, and the woman ORDERED my mother to "just keep your head straight" and didn't even bother to adjust the machine to fit my mother's needs, despite my mom informing her and needing accommodations. Then, my mom finally found a pair of glasses she felt comfortable wearing, could afford, and got excited. Once she tried them on, the same lady REACHED ACROSS THE TABLE AND REMOVED THEM FROM MY MOTHERS FACE AND SAID "those are for men." My mom said "why does it matter?" I selected Target for my shopping experience cause it's on a major bus line that is also on my way home from work. Get home to put perishables in fridge and there is visible mold on the cheese. Did the employee that packed this order think it was appropriate to sell moldy cheese? Was the employee that put this order together so overburdened that they legit didn't notice this issue? I mean, if you only have mere seconds to grab stuff to pack an order, I can see how this could have been missed. Are there logistics issues with the proper refrigeration of perishable items for online shopping and store pick up? Don't get me wrong, the staff at the store were nice, and it was super easy to request a refund with pictures attached through the online portal.
