I had an extremely upsetting experience at this store. My 8-year-old son, who is autistic and nonverbal, was yelled at by the owner for touching signs and engaging in self-stimulatory behavior (stimming). When I explained that my son has special needs, the owner showed no remorse or understanding—he simply stated that he was the owner, as if that justified his behavior.

When I advocated for my child and expressed that his treatment was unacceptable, the owner told me to leave instead of showing any compassion or willingness to understand. There was no apology, just hostility. No business should treat any child this way, let alone one with disabilities. It’s incredibly disheartening to see this kind of ignorance and lack of inclusivity in a place that serves the public.

I truly don’t understand the rave reviews because, beyond the terrible customer service, the store sells low-quality items. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I believe the community should be aware of the owner’s discriminatory attitude toward children with...

First of all, this is a family ran store and they are all so nice! I cannot believe how much I have found in this gem of a store! I used to think it was like Tuesday Morning but it's better because they get products from SO many different stores; from Target to Home Depot to Best Buy, etc. And then they get some cool furniture and rugs!! We scored a couch, kitchen supplies (Ninja Blender, Containers, etc), JBL speakers, Lands End baby clothes, phone case, etc. Its the type of store where you have to check in every couple weeks to see what they have new....LOVE...

I love Primo Deals! The staff are so kind and remembered me after my first time coming in. The staff even kept an eye out for something I was looking for and saved one for me, which really went the extra mile. Going through the bins in the back feels like a treasure hunt and I love that you can open boxes at the designated tables to see what's inside. This is much better than blind boxes where you don't know what you're getting. This store has quickly become my favorite...
