Fell in LOVE with their bombshell high waisted pants. (Which i HIGHLY suggest for any moms with loose skin or extra chub on their tummy that typically hangs out or gives you a muffin top when you wear other jeans) Came back for a cute jacket I found in clearance!! The employees were SO helpful and so polite!! One of them just by looking at me figured I was wearing pants a size too big (must have lost a pants size without knowing it) and got me the correct size that fit like a glove and looks amazing!! The other girl listened to me when I told her what I was looking for she went through the store and very quickly picked out several things that I absolutely LOVED some didn't look right with my body type so i put them back but we're totally cute anyway. I spent more than I usually do on clothes (as I typically shop at Walmart target and goodwill but never find clothes that make me feel good) but I was SO happy with the service and the gorgeous clothes...I will absolutely be back!!! Doing this review because I was late to review on the Torrid website and the young lady that helped me and my family was due to be commended!!! Myself and my two daughters were shopping for dresses for a very sad occasion my girls are jeans and hoodies style all day!!! I mention this just to point out the level of difficulty with our situation. This started completely stressful with myself being pulled in two different directions and a mommy break down on the way when Alexis rescued me! She literally took over and told me to have a seat and relax. She helped my girls pick out styles and sizes that were flattering and suited them. Love the clothes, even though they are quite expensive. I usually only buy clearance items, and usually online. The problem is that when I made a special trip to pick up my order today I was met with the three employees locking the door! It was 3:13 PM. When I asked why they were closing early one of the girls replied that they were taking their break and would return at 4PM. I told them I was only picking up an item, not shopping. To which she replied “sorry we have to go now”. So now here I am, wandering around a mall I’m not very fond of, losing the nice day that was supposed to be spent with my husband on his motorcycle.
