I was so excited and extremely lucky to have met a fantastic employee named Kyra who did such a spectacular job in piercing my ears. She was so Professional, Kind, and caring during the entire process. I Thank Kyra so much for making my Birthday ear piercing such a special occasion and memory for me. This is in reference to a shopping visit on August 26, 2024. My Wife was looking replacement earrings, so we went to Banter by Piercing Pagoda in Crossgates Mall, Albany NY the one near Macy's. We had a VERY POSITIVE SHOPPING EXEPRIENCE THANKS TO YANIRA BROWN 👍👍👍👍👍🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 who in my opinion is among one of the top SalesPerson's we have had the honor of dealing with. Her charm, humor, and honest opinion was well welcomed. Take note to all salespeople, you must engage with your customer's acknowledge them, communicate, not just sit there on your cell phone or look at the customer like they disrupted your day, which I felt was the case with the other Banter location in the mall during the same shopping visit, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO TO BANTER BY PIERCING PAGODA YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AND PLEASE IF YOU DO PLEASE LOOK FOR YANIRA SHE IS THE BEST 🏆 she should be in charge of training new employees AND THAT IS COMING FROM TWO PEOPLE THAT ARE IN THE CUSTOMER...

I took my 2 kids here to get their ears pierced (both kids under the age of 10) and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were so friendly and they could tell that the kids were excited but nervous. Amaya was wonderful, explaining to them what would happen, helping them pick out their earrings, and being extremely careful about cleaning and marking their ears to make sure the piercings were centered properly. Thanks to her keeping them so calm, the kids didn't panic or move around when the piercings went in, and they were so happy with the results! They've been showing off their...

Martin pierced my daughters and my ears this evening. While she was very nervous, Martin walked her through the process and explained everything to her as it was done. It was an awesome experience for her and I and I am thankful for the time he spent explaining it to her and making her feel more comfortable with the process. Thank you Martin for everything, we will be back to see you for her next set.
