Automotive Excellence — Local services in Town of Cortlandt

When I was looking for a local place that I could buy and have dashcams installed, I did a quick Google search and found Automotive Excellence in Buchanan, NY. Reading through the reviews, I found some of what was said hard to believe; no place could realistically be that good. Wow, was I wrong! Every single attribute the reviewers mentioned proved to be true. Kevin, the owner of Automotive Exellence, IS meticulous, IS knowledgeable, IS personable and IS trustworthy. He explained everything to me during the installation and then checked up with me a few days after to see if I had any additional questions. He also picked me up and dropped me off the day of installation because I didn’t have anyone close by that could do it. Kevin is a one man show here, but his quality of work is top notch. His customer service is also very good. He always was easy to contact, flexible with his hours, kept me up to date with the work he was doing on my car, and the remote starter works great now. I couldn't be happier with the process from start to end. He even sent me a video of all the wiring he did so I can see his quality of work and it was very clean and organized. If I have any electronics to be installed in any car in the future, I'm going to Kevin. Just note that the entrance is behind the building but I just gave him a call and he met me outside so I could find...

I have had custom work done in the past by other shops and Kevin is by far the best I have worked with. He is very meticulous, super attention to detail and his work is top notch. I was very impressed with his knowledge, work ethic and accommodations to my schedule. I am a DIY guy, but for the larger jobs I do a lot of research before I farm out the work so I can understand exactly what needs to be done... with Kevin, his knowledge is spot on and I have 100% trust in his work.
