I never write reviews for anything, but I HAD to speak up on this! My husband and I tried one of the “copper mattresses” after we were visiting NY from Virginia. We had been out browsing the area, looking for restaurants to try and happened upon this store one afternoon. I can tell ya, I certainly didn’t come here to mattress shop all the way from VA, and thought he was nuts wanting to stop in to a mattress store. I’m thinking “We do have mattresses in VA”. However, to indulge him I rolled my eyes and followed him in. I do suffer BAD back problems and see a chiropractor weekly, and he knew I was struggling after sleeping on the hotels mattress the night before. The staff here, introduced us to a “copper mattress”. I had never heard of that before, I’m thinking “yeah, ..whatever”. We’ve tried different mattresses in the past that were “guaranteed” to help, but that has not been the case. After checking it out in the store, my husband wanted to try it, so we ordered one. I cannot tell you how much better I sleep and especially wake up now, without going through the process of rolling out of the bed in pain. For anyone who suffers back pain, you need to give this a try. I’ve felt a truly, amazing difference! They shipped it to my front door in VA, for free, so the convenience of it was GREAT! After 4 years of sleeping on a mattress that was literally killing my back I stopped into BoxDrop on a whim to see what they had in stock. Their variety of mattresses from spring, pillow top to memory foam is extensive and the sales person really knew his stuff. We opted for the pillow top memory foam mattress. It was delivered in less than a week and 6 months later we couldn't be happier, in fact when I needed a new mattress from my sons bed I stopped into box drop bought a full size mattress off the floor and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. No pressure from sales person to make the sale made is a seamless no stress transaction. We will be going back to BoxDrop from now on when ever we need a mattress. Great addition to...

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I am the most indecisive decisive person when it comes to making decisions and I probably drove Cathy crazy when we were there, but she was super patient and knowledgeable about each mattress. It's nice to get to try each mattress and figure out what works best for you. Even after we got home and were still being indecisive about our decision, she was willing to work with us and make sure we were happy.
