Very disappointed to be completely honest. Normally donāt like to leave Google reviews especially on small busniess, but this situation is completely unfair and the lack of care. To start I brought two mother boards for two Samsung tvs in for repair. One tv was a 32ā and the other a 24ā two years ago. I was charged a diagnostic fee for $25 which I thought was a great price. I was told that the 32ā mother board was unrepairable and that it needed a replacement. Which ok no problem. Paid $108.12 on January 18,2022. Got that repaired and went on my way to wait for the 24ā motherboard to be repaired. Finally on November 21, 2022 I get a call my other board is repaired and it will be $27.03. I said great Iāll be in paid for it and went on my way. Once I get home I called the owner and said this isnāt the right size board, itās too big, and that it looks like the 32ā board he said bring it in. So at this point Iām alittle frustrated since I was originally told that the 32 inch board was unrepairable but whatever let it go. But proceeded to bring at this point the whole tv with the board I just paid for to be repaired and showed him that it doesnāt fit. He told me ok I will have to find the board in my shop to take a look and I said ok keep the tv here so you can confirm the right board. Now going on today December 5, 2023 I called since there has been no communication, and asked him about it and said since Iāve been double charged on the same board can I just get my tv back and get a store credit for Wii remotes since I double paid on two of the same boards and he told me that would be a blind agreement and would have to look back in records to see what happened cause he canāt find the work order. So I went in and showed my three receipts from my bank of what I paid him and he said he would still have to do research. So I asked for the tv back that he currently has and to see if I can get a refund on atleast one of the two boards and was told the tv is still apart on the work table. It hasnt been touched in a whole year and I was told it was my fault because I was hard to reach. I never delete calls and there is no voicemails or missed calls from his shop. I just feel this was very unprofessional and to blame me instead of taking responsibility is unfair of a busniess. Even if I didnāt answer calls why would you leave it apart on a work bench for a year. Iām also unhappy I paid $108 on a part I did not clearly need as the same board was repaired for $27. Iām just expressing my frustration since a year later I still have a broken tv and an extra mother board that was last known to be unrepairable.
