Walgreens — Local services in Town of Crawford

They imposed a 2 box limit on the at-home covid tests with no exceptions. We’re trying to get 10 people tested for a family gathering and everyone has to try to find their own test. We can’t even buy enough to test our immediate household. Our neighbor had to send his symptomatic daughter in herself to buy a test rather than buying one for her because he reached the limit buying for his other kids who aren’t old enough to drive. Horrible management here. There should be exceptions to this ridiculous and irresponsible limit. I get if someone is buying in bulk just to try to sell them on the street, but a limit of 2??? Terrible pharmacy staff. Terrible pharmacy customer service. When I asked them to speak to the pharmacist to ask questions, she immediately spoke over me, did not take my concerns seriously (even though I have hives all over my body), rolled her eyes and then raised her voice to state there is nothing she could help me with. All of the other staff walked away. Mind you I had already called insurance to override the issues on that end, called my doctors to have new refills sent over, etc. I tried one last time to explain what I was trying to ask and again, the older woman pharmacist cut me off while raising her voice. I have been doing business at this Walgreens for 2 years now. I have always found both the store & the pharmacy staff friendly and efficient. Just today, when a woman asked a pharmacist where she could find distilled water, he not only told her where it was but then went out of his way to find it and bring it bring it to her. As for me I was there for both my flu and Covid-19 shots. The process was quick and painless. The woman who administered the shots was friendly and knew how to smile and laugh. These are just a only couple of the reasons why I am giving this...
