I went into Aldi in Lakewood with my boys looking for red wine vinegar. I noticed a worker stocking supplies on the aisle and I asked her where it would be, thinking she would show me where it is. Instead all she did was point saying it's over there. I then began looking for it with no success, it is going on about 5 minutes I am looking for this item and my boys are going crazy in the store. Then the same lady decided to tell my boys to stop touching the vegetables and then continues to stock items without helping me.
I then went to the register and asked for someone to help other than the lady stocking items. She then called another worker to meet me at the aisle.
The other worker came and then asked the other worker who was stocking items if she knows where it is at and she said in that area.
Unable to locate the item I went back to the register to get a refund of the other item and told the clerk this either Cole or Nicole should not be in customer service or dealing with the public. The clerk then told me the lady is the store manager. This Cole or Nicole should NOT be in customer service dealing with the public if she does not...

Absolutely hate shopping here, especially when I'm forced into doing it because of systems. Here are a few reasons why this place absolutely sucks: • Doordash Panel for this store absolutely has no labeling, every order feels like a scavenger hunt. • Only one worker is usually out in the front, usually the cashier, there is always a big wait-time of finding someone who can help you find what you are looking for. • Labels on isles don't make any sense at any location. • Asking for a quarter every single time sucks when you don't have one, also lost two quarters because the chain line never wants to connect, and sometimes they just jam up. • SUPER HIGH ITEM COUNTS, usually one order from a DG, or Topps should take 10-15 minutes because if clear labeling. Tell me why I've done about 25-50 ALDIS orders in my lifetime, and it takes a...

After being in there about 15 minutes a very loud, ear piercing pounding began. Children began crying and elderly people looked scared and covered their ears . I could not believe that management would let this go on. I walked outside immediately and asked them if they knew how loud their pounding on metal sounded inside. I told them that people were very upset. They completely ignored me and continued pounding . I then went to my car and called your corporate office which was closed being a Sunday. I then wrote to you and this morning g I called and spoke with customer service. I am also going to call OSHA because your employees should not have to be working on that kind of of...
