Fair is fair, so I feel an update to the below mentioned issue is appropriate. Although the original corporate contact we worked with was very heavy on acknowledgement & promise, he was embarrassingly light on delivery, However, when Joe (Store Manager) from the Jamestown store took it upon himself to find the right person at corporate to make this right and involved John (Delivery Supervisor) from Buffalo Corporate, things began to happen!! John worked quickly and efficiently to take care of the issue. Kudos to both Joe & John for going above & beyond to make things right!!
As a rule I don't leave negative comments, but in this case I see no other choice. We spent more than $13,000 buying furniture for our new to us home from the Lakewood NY location because I really liked Joe & the furniture seemed nice. All was good till they delivered my hutch for the kitchen breakfast nook area. We were very clear that the hard wood floors were just refinished, and the kitchen & breakfast nook area were just installed brand new juat days ago. The delivery people placed the hutch on an old furniture pad, instead of carrying it, and dragged the cabinet across the hardwood floor in the formal dining room and across the kitchen & breakfast nook floor damaging it. I called immediately to speak with Joe, although he stated later when we tried to reach him again that he called, we never received it. He had the delivery manager call us, and after that conversation & reviewing the damage in the photos we sent him, drove from Buffalo to see the floor. He agreed that the floor was damaged & promised to take care of it "even if they had to replace it". Over a month went by with no word from him, we emailed to check on the status with no response, so we called the customer service line listed on the website. They had someone from Buffalo call saying the shipping & delivery manager who came to our house had been on vacation & would be back the following Monday, but he has never returned a call or email. Two weeks ago, I called the corporate office requestion to speak to the CEO knowing I would not be given the opportunity, and was assured by the person who answered the call that if the risk management department could not correct the situation I was to call back & she would pass me thru to the CEO, and then transferred me to Human Resources instead of Risk Management. To her credit, the HR representative did return my call, but said since she was in a different building, she could not transfer me. Next day, back on the phone only to find out the representative I spoke to was also now conveniently on vacation, and was told I would be transferred to her supervisor for assistance. When I first went in we setup an account to make payments all they told me was I need to pay this whole thing off before the year or you will get hit with a very big interest rate. Ok I have had it set to pay if off before the year only to come to find out 6 months later I needed to be making monthly payments not big chucks like they told me I could do. So now my credit has been taking hits that they are claiming they never told me that. DO not go to these liars. They will mess up your credit score. PIssed off beyond belief right now with all the lies they told me I clarified with them 4 times before deciding to do big chuck payments. Never got the td bank statements either. Bad bank and bad store...
Got a call back from the manager they were not helpful at all and said it was my problem. I also clarified with td bank I was on e statement yet the email address on my account was not mine and one raymor put in how do i pay a statement I did not get. Paper statement never showed up from td bank also. Escalating to corporate raymour and flanigan store they are not getting...

The king size bed I purchased which probably cost more than five beds I have purchased in the past for my son's, is absolute garbage not even worth being found on a curbside trash pick up. Thing literally keeps falling apart. Not anything we are doing mind you. It is just cheap. Well..it was already fixed last year. So she tells us they can't service us even though I technically have a warranty until 2025. Huh?? Please justify that. If I have a warranty until 2025...how can I not get service bc I was already serviced?? It is a warranty. And a ridiculous one at that. I used to come here all the time with my grandfather and my mother. I am surficed to say...my mom will not shop here anymore due to how many times I have fallen off the bed. I am disabled and if it were any worse I would be very hurt. I normally try not to complain but the service here is terrible. Go get a package of foam and metal from Amazon. At least you won't be out any money. And you will have better quality and service. I am so angry for what I payed. This place literally made me laugh....
