Tried TWO different days to switch to Tmobile. The 1st day just left me mad because I spent an hour with customer service, then got disconnected. The next rep didn't have any of my information previously discussed, and I was not about to go over again so I ended the conversation. Today I tried again. I was in the process to switch service for well over an hour. During that time Tmobile contacted my previous career and got me disconnected with them and never got me reconnected to T-Mobile! Now we're without any cell service! This is my 1st day off in a week and now I have to stand in my original carrier's store to regain services (for another hour?!) when I have other things I really have to do today!
