As for this particular store, typically okay. I've had a few issues in this store with warranties not being registered during purchase. So save your receipts cuz it's not going to show up when they search it (cuz the guy who rang you up did it wrong). If you go late like i do, you'll get rung up by a truck driver, playing cashier, playing mechanic. I'll bet on it. Not sure what the guys name is, but there's a tall guy with spikeyish dark hair who might be a manager. Also works in the Lakewood store. You wanna get your parts from him. He and an older woman (who is often nice, you just have to be the one to start that off[opposite of customer service]), are the only two you're gunna find who seem to know anything. But both of whom, are knowledgeable enough to help you figure out what issues you're having. Anyone else...dealers choice. Might know, but might not even be able to tell you the make of their own vehicle. Hours are convenient, typically open when you need them to be, but they do close an hour earlier than the Lakewood NY autozone.
Goodish outlet in general, that part is an utter gray area. Never have the part you need, but they have the duralast equivalent. Which is of good quality, there is just a lack of options typically. As well as an associated overpricing for something not duralast. Tools are reasonable priced and often even a good deal, but like anywhere that's dependant upon branding, i.e. the machining process used to make said tools. I work in the automotive industry so I end up buying the best tools I can, but there are some duralast and AutoZone tools, even a couple "OEM TOOLS" that I still keep in the everyday cycle. Typically a limited lifetime warranty on duralast hand tools I believe, though I can't say for sure as I've never had to use the warranty so can't say for sure. So that should speak enough. Duralast parts however, I have had fail within their warranties, but if you spend the extra dough for duralast gold you typically won't have any issues. But I can say I've never had a bad duralast part out of the box. And that's more than I can say for most anything aftermarket anymore. I've had them fail quickly, but never from the get-go. Just as a parts store in general, overpriced. As they all are. Ex: Valvoline Oil. If you spend the money for it there.....well. wish I could afford to pay twice as much for things too i guess, but most people...
Read more0 stars if i could. My sister called asking for a part because another local location said this one had it. That being said, a woman answered the phone in an orderly fashion, and once my sister had asked for said part, she continued to say that the part is not in her system, so my sister hung up to go online. Once she did, the site had said the part was available, with one in stock. So my sister had called again and specifically said which part it was by name and code, and then was when she realized the part was there with more rude tone. They had went to the store they being my sister, her bf, and my bf and upon arrival being 10 minutes later and they asked her for the part and she got the part that was in the back, yet made them find the rest of what was needed for the part. My boyfriend needed a windshield wiper, just one, and she had made him go find it himself rather than being courteous to help the customer, and also did not offer any help, as they are advertised to do so, even though he didn't need help, she still had no condolences for the three of them. She was rude to each of them. This woman had red frizzy hair and freckles, and by far the worst...

I call Auto Zone for the same part I get a price quote of $53.99 I say are you sure 3 times. They say yes. I order the part. I go there the next day and the box is not the right size. I tell them this is not the right part I need the control arm with the ball joint on the driver side in the rear. So again i order the part again and pay the difference for the right part. So now it's $99.99. This time I have to wait 3 days. So now I have waited the 3 days I go get the part and the car is torn apart and ready for the part to be put on.
