It was my first time going into this shop and unfortunately it will be my last. The shop was clean and laid out in a nice manner, however, the employee working created a very negative environment. She didn't welcome my daughter and myself in and the whole time she was on the phone, complaining and using words such as "stupid" and "so fed up." I've never been ,was looking for directions for the closest one to Ithaca, sense they all closed. What do they have for the new dancing snowmen this year-end I always buy them for my Grandkids. The team there is always super friendly and helpful. If you can't find what your looking for, they will look it up and help you get the item. They have thousands of cards and hundreds of occasional cards. I will always support this Hallmark and hope it will be able to continue to service our community for many more...
