Five Below — Local services in Town of Grand Chute

I was in this store on August 25th. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. I was only there to get candy for work so I really was unbothed by that part. So as I'm walking to the register I see this store employee quickly run towards the register. So now I'm alert and paying attention. I scan the candy and throw it in the bag, out of nowhere the employee races towards me and snatched my bag open and then tells me to put the other items in the bag. I didn't because it was my candy that I was planning on eating immediately. The only reason I'm writing this review is to make a point. This employee was TRANSGENDER somebody who asks for inclusion and acceptance but treated me a black woman like I was nothing and nobody. So I say to you Sir/Ma'am I wish the same horrible treatment on you that you gave to me. You can't ask to not be judged while judging!!! I won't ever set foot in this...

I was in there yesterday on my birthday to pick up some stuff. There were three young girls working and when I entered they just stared. No one said hi. They continued to have their conversation. When I got up to the checkout no one assisted me. Those same three girls were just standing there chatting. My card was having issues and no one came to help. When I walked past them to leave the store they didn't say anything.The service was awful. I've worked in customer service and I was even a Manager at one point and this would not be acceptable. When I called the store today the manager wouldn't accept my complaint and told me I had to file it online. What kind of business is this????? If I could give this store 0...

The store wasn't fully up and operational but they are working on it it looks like there's more Electronics to come in the back of the store the only disappointment I had the aisles are pretty tight hard to move around when there's more than one person on the aisle and the layout design to the registers people were getting confused on how to get to the registers even though there was some arrows on the floor. The registers are all self-checkout cash or card only. Another disappointment is too many questions on the register to answer just to pay which holds up the line like do you want to donate how is the store today...
