6/20/25 8:27 pm, I asked about the ETA of my order and was told that it was next In the queue, then waited another 6mins while 5 other people got their orders.
There is LITERALLY ZERO REASON to lie to a customer.
I wasn't being impatient or anything. Completely unnecessary and inappropriate.
I will be making a call to the manager, as well as corporate.
11/6/24 it's 10 mins past when the order should be ready, there are ZERO customers and 5 employees.... These people can't do anything right. No customers and 5 employees and you can't have an order ready on time.
Oh and they floors are disgusting, CLEARLY HAVEN'T BEEN SWEPT IN DAYS. You JUST opened, how are they dirty?? Cus you're not cleaning. Can't help but question, what else aren't they cleaning properly.
Corporate needs to step in. Incredibly embarrassing.
Update 10/19/24 This place is absolutely embarrassing.
The owners should be embarrassed.
My order was supposed to be ready already. It's 10:14 pm on a Saturday night. No one else is here, the employees don't say anything other than welcome to crumble when you walk in, they don't ask when your order is they don't ask literally anything You just have to sit there like a jackass and hope they address you at some point hopefully with your order.
There is no service at this business it's a joke.
And they can't even have my order ready when there's no one else here on a Saturday night? I'm still stuck standing here for 8 minutes?
How y'all stay in business is beyond me, oh wait I know it's probably the $6 cookies. That are literally nothing but sugar. Smdh. For virtually $6 cookies, I expect FAR better service.
I mean seriously, it's NOT HARD to address customers and see who they are waiting on and tell them how long the wait is... It's basically customer service at literally any other business.
Figure it out. Smdh. Embarrassing.
6/22/24: the Service is next to nonexistent. They do not acknowledge customers past "welcome to crumble" which they barely do. Customers that have never been just stand there waiting to be serviced. They routinely ignore delivery ppl. They go through employees like tissue paper. Very high turnaround from what I see. Not to mention that This place is diabetes for your diabetes. And they don't check in with customers at all. Everyone is on autopilot. Horrendous.
The service here sucks. Been waiting 6 mins no one has even acknowledged me. Usually everyone is supposed to pipe up and go "Hi, welcome to Crumbl!" This did not happen for me or the 6 customers that followed. In fact only the 6th got a half ass "Hi" from 2 people. All of the employees look like they hate their life and are just waiting for the shift to end. My order was not ready, it's 8 mins past when it was supposed to be right now. This is kinda pathetic. Particularly for the price. And they have some dumb "rice crispy cookie" which is literally just rice crispies in the shape of a cookie, no actual cookie. That's a ripoff for the price like wtf.....
Y'all need to fix this. You charge $4.38 for a SINGLE cookie and can't even provide good service????....
Read moreI'm currently being trained to work at a Crumbl in my city (Oshkosh) and only one person was able to display proper behaviors and etiquette based on the rules and standards they set for Crumbl employees. Everyone is supposed to enthusiastically welcome you by saying "Welcome to Crumbl!", I barely got one. Everybody else gave their poorly attempted greetings afterwards, not together, and didn't even look at me. Not a great way to make a customer feel welcome. Secondly, I was not greeted when I walked up to the counter. The women just stood there and said nothing to me; Didn't ask me if I had been to a Crumbl before, didn't ask if I was paying with cash or card, and most importantly didn't ask for my name and phone number to get rewards after and just walked away, didn't even tell me to have a good day. The lady handing me my cookies had to do so at said checkout counter and wouldn't give me the cookies before I put my name and number in. On one hand, I can see why she did this. She didn't want to give the cookies to the wrong person. I can completely understand that. However, they're supposed to hand them to you at the pickup counter. I won't knock them too hard for that. Now for the cookies themselves, they are pretty inconsistent. Two are dry, the Pumpkin Pie (cookie pie crust is dry and almost crunchy) and Caramel Praline. But just by looking at them, I don't think a lot of care was put into these. I know that Crumbl doesn't weigh every cookie the same amount so some will be bigger/heavier than others. But from my box, they're all different sizes. The biggest one is the Maple Cinnamon Roll, being almost the size of a silver dollar pancake for children (its stretching the box out), and the smallest is the Caramel Praline, which is almost the size of a regular Nestlé Tollhouse cookie. I don't expect a refund nor do I want one, I just don't think I'll be returning for a while. This could just be a bad day for the employees, I understand the holidays are tough. I understand you want to be home with your friends and family. I also can acknowledge that the people I met today might've been training or have been hired recently, so they might be a bit shy. Thats completely fine. But if you want customers to return and look forward to your products, you need to aim towards producing the best you can. If this is Appleton's best (which I know it's not, they've put out some of the best that I've ordered so far), then I won't be coming back nor will I be...
Read moreI’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but I’m frustrated. We have picked up Crumbl a few times, and the cookies are DELICIOUS. We haven’t gotten any in a few months and I’ve been having a rough week so we decided to place a pickup order this evening at 9:48pm. We’ve picked up much later than this before (though we realized later that must have been on weekends). As it let us place the order with no warnings about closing soon, we got right in the car and drove there. Arrived at 10:02 and realized they closed at 10. We aren’t the type to show up at close so felt bad, but figured they were expecting us so went to the door. 4 employees could see and hear me at the door, but pointedly turned away from me. I get they were closed, but we had paid for our order and all they would have to do was hand me a box- I didn’t even need to go inside. Long story short, the app needs an update to let you know when it’s close to closing time- it didn’t even show us the store hours. As someone who has worked in food service and still works in customer service, this felt unnecessarily rude. I get it’s just cookies and obviously we didn’t /need/ the order, but it was...
