My qdoba nightmare. Absolutely the worst first experience ever. I’ve been to chipotle, subway, etc. The mexican guy here looked at me and said “I’ll help you right over here.” Then proceeded to make 5 orders in front of me not saying anything. I guess they get uber eats or something. Then told his much older caucasian coworker to handle my order. This guy must have been well over 70+ not that im discriminating, but in no way shape or form did he address me just looked at me with his blood shot eyes until i asked for a burrito. He got to the black beans before looking at me. I had wanted the mexican rice but I guess they call it brown rice like starbucks calls drinks venti. They asked “brown rice” after wiping the white rice back into the serving tray. Never been here before I did not know what they were asking, so I pointed at the orange rice, again silence, so I decided to be assertive and asked for pinto and birria, I had asked for a separate cup of salsa, but the mexican dude wasn’t in the mood, so he asked mild or medium then put it directly on to the burrito. At that point I was upset, disrespectful workers, incompetent, and blatant disregard for requests. I told him that was it and gestured to pay. I was so happy I could tip 0% then look them in the eye. Luckily the food was delicious. Next time should I visit I will see them and treat them with disrespect and callous, they honestly deserve it. I would never treat anyone the way they treated me. Btw a birria burrito is 11$. 9-11$ is what you...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting/my first impression of a Qdoba. Not sure what was up with the vibe this Sunday afternoon. In a one hour span: -They mixed up my order with another customer's order-luckily the customer with my order noticed it and handed me my order -When I got home, I noticed they left my three tacos that were on my receipt out of my order -When I drove back a second time to this location to pick up the tacos, I had to wait to resolve my issue while another customer argued with a manager. The manager did not appear to resolve the issue with that customer because she left looking upset, without her food. -When it was my turn to discuss my issue with the manager, the tacos had been sitting out next to the cash register at room temp for 40 minutes. The manager picked them up and handed them to me with no apology. -When I got back home to eat the tacos they were missing ingredients and were smothered in shredded cheese. The only things on my taco were guac, chicken, and a TON Of shredded cheese (to the point where my tacos were hiding). My receipt very clearly specified the ingredients. It seemed they overcompensated the missing tomatoes and lettuce with shredded cheese?
Not the greatest first impression. I am not sure I'd return. You can see my order in the attached photo. See if you can...
Read moreWe usually love this location! The food is always well prepared, super tasty, and staff is USUALLY friendly. Tonight, Eddie prepared our food and seemed incredibly inconvenienced that we were here to eat. I ordered a loaded tortilla soup and before I would even tell Eddie what I want he would reach for something assuming that’s what I’d ask for (i.e. reaching for brown rice when I wanted white, teaching for chicken when I wanted steak, reaching for queso when I never requested any cheese at all) He gave me no more than a half of scoop of steak and when I asked for more, he topped it off with 4 more cubes. He poured only one scoop of the tortilla soup over my bowl when usually I’m given at least two so i asked for more. He then proceeded to pour three full ladles over the bowl filling it to the brim. Moving on to my boyfriends burrito, still acting VERY inconvienced that we brought our business here, he tossed the tortilla into the warmer and slammed it shut, then whipped it out once it was warm. Once he finished preparing it and began to fold it, he pushed really hard down onto the burrito, tearing the tortilla, looked at my boyfriend and said “so do you just want me to double wrap it?” rather than offering a new one. So my boyfriend ate more tortilla than burrito for dinner. Very disappointed...
