Let me preface by saying I 'loved' Home Goods. Yesterday, I purchased a Master Class pot w/lid. I have purchased many of these at Home Goods in the past. Well, this new one did not have wooden handles, and I burned both my hands. I could not find the receipt which is unusual; generally, I keep all of them. So, I went in store today, and asked for another pot at the same price. They argued with me for half an hour, and I said, well, this is unacceptable as I just bought it yesterday, etc. Well, as it turned out, they did refund my money, and I am glad for that. However, they gave me such a hard time, I am no longer shopping there, and I suggest to everyone to SAVE...

Glad to find the gem close to home. Previously I used to go to Hylan drive one but this Home Good feels larger in size. Staff is very courteous and helping.

They have nicest home related items. The kitchenware was beautiful as always and I loved this side board for $150. Definetly beat the price from all other stores for same...

Good store. Better inventory than At Home because of more higher quality designed and manufactured items distributed among the sketchy, not well constructed dorm-grade furniture and over-priced decor. Very good value in some of the kitchen ware, kid items and textiles. Saw good quality items from Japan, Poland,...
