Let me preface by saying I 'loved' Home Goods. Yesterday, I purchased a Master Class pot w/lid. I have purchased many of these at Home Goods in the past. Well, this new one did not have wooden handles, and I burned both my hands. I could not find the receipt which is unusual; generally, I keep all of them. So, I went in store today, and asked for another pot at the same price. They argued with me for half an hour, and I said, well, this is unacceptable as I just bought it yesterday, etc. Well, as it turned out, they did refund my money, and I am glad for that.
