KFC — Restaurant in Town of Greece

Saturday night picking up and order ,pull up to speaker auto announcement comes says sorry we are CLOSED..this is an delivery im picking up. Sat at window the place knows they are suppose to close at 11 and know this order was there. No one came to window I had to take a picture report it was closed then apparently another driver bangs on window after im gone to get an order. How unprofessional and put other people side job at risk because they are lazy and close an hour early 9:53 yet im sure the workers was alerted that a delivery driver was coming for that order.Will be calling corporate as this place has gone downhill and the workers do not care at all. You put someone else income in jeopardy because you chose to close and hour early ,then take take orders if you know you are closing early. This is what makes the world a messed up place that have people like WHOEVER that employee was on Saturday 9:53 pm August 23, 2024 west ridge greece location. I deal with customers alot and you do as well as well as a delivery service im appalled that a driver can get a violation by reporting the store closed because lazy workers closed the store early and no one came to window. Just shame on that worker Saturday night you know who you are and this isn't the end of this...

I’ve had bad experiences with this KFC almost every time i have gone within the past year. Almost every time something is wrong, and when I go through again to let them know, the manager (heavier, older woman) is very rude and argumentative. I have tried to file a complaint about her specifically, but that resulted in her calling me and telling me that “none of her staff is like that” when its her thats the issue. I went there tonight on my way home from work and ordered a large fries. What i got was not a full large fries, as well as tons of chicken bits mixed into it. I also had to go back through because they forgot my sauces (which i paid for) but i unfortunately didn’t notice the fries until i was already home. I tried to call, but received no answer. The customer support here literally doesn’t exist. They don’t do anything to fix an issue they create, and get mad at you for asking them to do so. All they do is say “sorry about that” on reviews, or tell me I’m wrong in person or over the phone. Really want to keep coming here cuz it’s the only KFC close by, but that manager (that everyone keeps complaining about in the reviews) makes it a...

I waited 15 mins for a order and was greeted after the wait by a hostile employee who spoke and had so much malice I couldn't believe her little mouth. She skimmed by me had no proper utensils or condiments and told me to get it myself mind you I placed this order through the drive thru. I then asked for a manager who treated my concerns of no importance and brushed the situation under the door she said she would speak with her but all I heard was a chuckle and something rude once again. I've been coming here for over ten years and not once have I had a problem like this and it wasnt addressed properly. God knows i feel like this should reach corporate so something could be done. Family's come here to eat and relax and should feel comfortable doing it. I would like to speak with the general regional store manager in this regards and i will be calling corporate until i speak to somebody. Ppl beware of these two dont want you to come out of character and get in trouble with these two trying to get a bite to eat.
