Where to start...first getting the machine to the house. They sent only two guys without any professional experience or tools to carry and bring a professional treadmill into the basement. The machine weighs a ton and definitely needs at least 4 guys to bring it in, so they exposed these two people to all kinds of injuries. Then the damage to the house...because it was too heavy for them, they were getting it in with a lot of difficulty, scratching the main door, the wooden floor and the basement door (of a new house)...the delivery guys took pictures and notes of all the damages yet the fitness showroom refused to pay for any damages claiming that this sort of thing happens when you deliver a heavy machine (like the treadmill...)

1-well, these kinds of incidents would not have happened if you have sent more than two guys carrying the machine. 2-you are working your employees as if you have a sweat shop..I am sure these guys will encounter back problems while or after...

This review is past overdue. My husband and I went to Fitness Showrooms looking for a Multi functional home gym and we met James; he was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a broken down quote of the flooring, a TuffStuff Multi-Functional Trainer with Smith press, a push up tower, a Dumbbell set and rack. We went several times to the store with our 2 small children while we made our decision and James was very friendly and patient at every visit answering all of our questions. At no point did he pressure us for a sale and our whole experience with Fitness Showrooms was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend James and Fitness Showrooms to anyone who is in the market...

Terrible experience with delivery and setting up of the gym, poor communication, late evening arrival, partial delivery and now waiting days for rest of the gym to show up with half the gym laying on the floor of my house. Extremely frustrating post sales customer service and engagement. James in the store is helpful but the customer service stops there.

UPDATE - Holly from Corporate, Neil the supervisor from the install company and Andre the experienced installer all worked together to solve our problem efficiently and effectively. The gym is up and running - we didn’t have to wait multiple days as originally anticipated. They got to work the day of this post and resolved our issues. ...
