Pretty easy and pleasant experience. Iāve been wanting to purchase a new mattress for the last year and narrowed it down to the Tempur-Pedic or the Beautyrest Black. I came to the store to try out the Tempur-Pedic first and tried several mattresses and settled on the medium firm hybrid and because they wowed me with the adjustable base, I wanted the med range Ergo one with the snore button. I went down the road to the other mattress store and tried out the Beautyrest Black along with several other mattresses. Something about that other store being kind of dingy looking turned me off and after about 15 mins, I came back to the Tempur-Pedic store and ordered the mattress and base. I was approved for credit instantly and the purchase was easy as pie. Shawn was a good sales person and the transaction was completed within 20 mins time. He also told me that I should received the mattress in 7-10 days but recently, the shipping and set up was really way faster within 5 days or so.
After I got home that night, I looked at the receipt carefully and realized that instead of charging me for the Ergo, Shawn rant me up for the Ease. I went back the following day on Tuesday morning and had the sales people change the base to the correct one. That same night, I got an email notification showing me that the mattress and base were shipped out. I called the 1-800 number to verified if they shipped out the correct base and although they assured me it was correct, I didnāt find out until over a week later that the shipment had the wrong base and the new base was never even sent out. This was after making 3 phone calls to the 1-800 number and eventually my mattress and base were sent out on Wednesday evening and arrived with the set up company on Thursday. Because the local carrier called late on Friday ( they donāt work on weekends), I didnāt get to set up a delivery date until the following Monday, exactly 14 days after my purchase.
Now I finally got my bed and Iām a happy girl.

My husband and I have completely opposite sleeping habits, and Bryan met all of our needs,under no pressure!!! We were actually educated in so many ways (who knew what we didnāt know) we learned about mattress and pillow differences, sheets,etc. We highly recommend this store, their beds, products and Bryan! Update! 10/28/21 I needed to make a trip back to the Hartsdale Tempur-Pedic store..but not before speaking to Vish Beasmoney and Nathan Bolden on the phone. I have been finding it almost impossible to purchase a mattress anywhere because I find something and ultimately there is a bad review. I was looking online but I really have to go in and try them out myself. That is time consuming and a mattress is a fairly expensive, long term investment. Since I couldnāt make a decision I decided to buy some time and purchase a highly rated Cooling (Adapt) topper. Bryan took a lot of time with the different styles, asking questions and putting the Cooling on different beds for me to try. I look forward to using the topper for awhile but I can tell you now, I would definitely go back into the Hartsdale Tempur-Pedic Flagship store and highly consider one of their mattresses.
