What a terrible company, their website is terrible as well, nothing works. All their email addresses are “no-reply”. Ordered something a month ago, held the funds on my card, then I followed up to ask the status today and the response was the manufacturer informed them today that it wasn’t available convenient). They said they voided their hold on my card and before I could even see that their message also included this “threat” “Any follow up questions regarding your funds need to be directed to your credit card issuer or payment financial institution. Once RJL emails void confirmation to customer, there is no further action for RJL to take. Any chargeback/dispute initiated by customer before or after RJL's issuance of refund will result in RJL pursuing a fee of $250.00, to cover chargeback fees and labor. Cardholder agrees to reimburse us the fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 50% of the debt, and all costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, we incur in such collections efforts.”
I think this shows they clearly don’t have their priorities so they are saying no matter what they aren’t responsible before even trying? What kind of customer service is that? I would give them a negative score if possible. I’ll never order from them again. I don’t even know if the void went through but that message was in bad taste and shows they clearly have had problems with doing the right thing in the past. Terrible. Gross customer service. Read moreI placed my order for 5 graphics cards on 1/4/18 and have yet to see anything as of 2/4. Keep in mind their is currently a worldwide shortage on gpu's. It took numerous attempts to get someone on the phone but finally got thru, no issues with guy I talked to, decent enough. He stated that RJL would be sending out an email(within a couple weeks) to all customers waiting on gpu's. The thing I don't like is the fact that they charge your credit card before they have product available. I will continue to update as more info becomes available. I suspect it will be March or April before I see anything as the Chinese New Year begins 2/16. But this is just beginning - if you happen to submit RMA request, they never get back to you (although promise to do so within 48 hours) and don't respond to emails at all. Then you call them, right? Customer service representative... is not familiar with the company's return policy and directs you back to... submitting RAM request, which you did already. Just order from somewhere else, treat...
