Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

I don’t normally write reviews In fact I am an understanding person at times , today I’ve decided to go in the restaurant and order, it was so many people ahead of me , when I came in there was one person on the register while everyone else is fumbling around instead of helping the lady with the customers , next the counter was dirty with food everywhere, next the lady that’s making the food is throwing everything on top of everything, next they don’t have chips when it’s early in the afternoon 6pm ish and the lady on the register name is Viviana who is extremely disrespectful & sarcastic, this lady huff her breath and told me that they will have to turn on the Equipment to make more chips as if I’m not a paying customer, there was no juice in the containers next to the utensils , there were no more forks and spoons , these people need to be re train or they need to shut this chipotle down ! These people are rude , the store is dirty , they have nasty attitudes , no utensils , just horror , I’m so grateful that I am mature because I could of embarrassed Viviana right in front of all her employees for being rude to me!! She may do this to the wrong customer! Not everyone is nice and hold back like me ! Get it together!! Oh and be careful with the positive reviews, that maybe their employees writing those reviews to get their ratings up , Also try going in the store and you will see the truth of what this...

I was an employee I did not feel comfortable working with my co-workers as they wanted us co-workers to unhook gas lines in the store and we myself did not feel comfortable they wanted me to unhook gas lines it was part of my job this is what you get when you have 20 year olds running a business who don't know anything about running a business at all and they want everything to be spotless on the grill but we don't use any grow cleaners but except a grill brush and we're not allowed to wipe the girl off properly that's why the grill looks the way it does and the procedures of the back of the house are not properly met but unhooking gas lines OSHA violation unhooking gas lines we're not allowed to buy employees to do that OSHA it...

I was the first customer there today at 10:45am, food looked like it was cooked the day before grand opening, but nevertheless it was ok. Counter was a bit dirty, I asked how long for the white rice, and the workers were rude and snapped at me. This is a great location for residents, but ultimately, the workers will tank this business. It's too new to start off like this. I have been there twice just to give it another chance, but both times, it was unfortunately the same.. rude workers, unsanitary counter....
