The staff here is very rude. I have to dress up for work, so on my days off, im usually low key, in yoga pants and a sweatshirt no makeup..... I wanted some nice new work clothes and I spent alot of money online ( because I work full time and have kids) and don't have time to shop in store...... they shipped one wrong item, and I had some time to bring it back to the store. I arrived with my return with one of my children in hand. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all when I walked in. There werw 2 sales associates, one checking someone else out and one helping a person in the dressing room. I waited in line without being greeted for probably 8-10 minutes..... in that time, the sales associate helping the woman in the changing room, came out to greet two older women who had entered the store looking at clothing, and again, never acknowledged me. Finally, on her way back to the changing room, the woman said I'd be helped in a couple more minutes...... When I finally got to the register, their system had to reboot (which was fine, technology has its issues) but once the exchange was done, the associate handed me the receipt and said here ya go with the receipt..... she didn't take the shirt off the hanger or even put it in a bag..... It was raining outside, and I had to ask..... can I have a bag please..... then she put it in a bag and handed it to me. I've never been treated so badly. I work in high end retail sales and would never ever treat a person badly just on basis of looks..... If I experienced great customer service maybe I would have wanted to visit the store more often.... after this experience I will never visit the physical...

I worked with a sales associate named Anita, and she was fabulous. I told her that I was looking for 2-3 tops to wear under my blazer for the corporate work that I do.

She whisked me around the store and picked out about 20 tops to try on, taking into account my feedback along the way. She was so helpful and so friendly. I walked out of the store with 3 tops and the most comfortable cami I've ever owned. I love one of the tops so, so much, and the other two are fantastic.

I live two hours from this store, but I told them that I will absolutely be back, as Anita was the most helpful sales associate I have ever worked with. Kudos to her for...

Honestly i have avoided writing this review for several years but it never changes. If i go in my work clothes - I train horses - I am either ignored or they are just plain condescending....until I drop $500. I like the clothes and the quality and prefer to shop online now because the instore attitude is ridiculous. You work at...
