This is the worst burger king in the world. I have been going here for about 10 years. Every single time I go here without fail, I have waited at least 20 min before I can get my order at the drive thru. Mostly I always get the wrong order. But tonight I decided to fight back. I am so sick of this place taking my money and not getting the food that I order. I ordered a fish sandwich with no tarter sauce. I am allergic to the tartar so I really cannot eat it. I drove across the way to five guys and opened my fish sandwich and of course there was tartar on it. So, I drove back across the way and went back to the drive thru, ordered again what I wanted a fish sandwich with no tartar. When I got to the window to pay, I gave the girl the fish sandwich with tartar. I didn't even say anything to her. She went to the manager, then the manager came to the window and started telling me that the rules are if there is a wrong order, I have to call the store to tell them before I come back. I have never ever heard that before. I told him that I didn't know the number,THE MANAGER told me to google it just like everyone else. I told him I went across the street and came back I wasn't googling bc I was driving. He told me that he didn't care and if I wanted another sandwich I had to pay for it. I started asking him if he was crazy. Yes, I did raise my voice, but I wasn't expecting a manager to be talking to me like this. He closed the drive through window and started serving the people behind me. I decided to call the police, becuase I think he did the same and I was right. When the three police officers showed up, I told him that my entire $35 order was wrong, but really all I wanted was a fish sandwich with no tartar. Of course, the police officers told me to call the head office because the manager said I was shouting. I was shouting after he told me to google the store number. Even the officer thought it was wrong, but he couldn't do anything. They told me to make a complain with the head office of which I will do, but I thought a google review of the horrible service at this Burger King would be just as effective, maybe more. I figure they are so familiar people will have their general opinions of these places, and they don't vary much from location to location. However, I will take the opportunity to describe my first experience with a meatless burger, the BK Impossible Whopper.
I came here with my daughter, and when she saw the patty she was sure they must have at least put some beef in it. Indeed it did look like beef, and also felt like it and smelled like it. Then I tasted it . . .
It tasted like low-grade beef that had been heavily seasoned to mask the flavor. It is impressive how close they come to emulating actual meat using just plant products, but these burgers are not comparable to the beef burgers BK serves. Mine was OK, and the 3-star rating is reflective of that. But besides not tasting as good as actual beef burgers, the Impossible Whoppers are also more expensive. This won't necessarily continue to be the case, as the scale of production increases and costs come down for producing plant-based meatlike products.
I support the effort in general, and I usually get chicken or fish sandwiches these days when I go to fast-food places anyway, for which there's no plant-based alternatives. However they don't take the same toll on the environment as beef production does. Until they can make more genuine tasting beef alternatives, those other selections are better tasting and more economical ways to help preserving the environment.

Read moreThe service and order accuracy in the afternoon and evenings is perfect however I have to question the competency of some of the people working the breakfast shift. I’ve gone three times over the past several months and ordered the double meat croissanwhiches. Each time I have ordered one with double bacon, and one with either bacon and sausage, or ham and sausage. Each time the order has been incorrect.
Today, I decided to return the incorrect item. I pulled up to the menu, clearly stated one time what the mistake was, drove up to the window, received the new sandwich and left. It was a simple transaction but I made the mistake of not checking it before I left.
When I called them and told them it was incorrect again, I was told that they gave me what I wanted. When I corrected her and told her it was not in fact what I wanted, she attempted to ensure me that it was. I emphasized that it indeed was not, she proceeded to tell me that it “was confusing talking to me”. I asked why it was confusing when I only needed to state one time with the problem was? She then replied that I had said it several times, which I hadn’t, so I said as such. She then started to get angry and tell me what I said once again. So not in the mood to argue any further with someone that was going to lie and not going to budge I just said “thank you” and hung up.
If you decided to eat here in the morning, check your order before you leave, or don’t…because F you, that’s what you really wanted, eat it anyway....
