I was a loyal customer for over 10 years. Spent thousands at this jeweler. From earrings, medallions, gold chains, repairs. Until today. Approx 1 year ago I purchased what I thought was a photo ENGRAVED on a silver charm as a gift for my mother. I did this because she had a locket but since she showers with it the photo was gone. After speaking with Lee I was told this was the option to go with so wouldn't have to worry. This so called ENGRAVED charm is NOT engraved it is a sticker! That had come right off. I've been back to him 3x to have it done correctly. The display states GUARANTEED FOR A LIFETIME! it was not cheap. The first time I brought back he GLUED it on and said will be fine in water! 2 weeks later it came off again! I returned with original picture and told him have it redone. He tried to charge me until I pointed out the guarantee. So he writes no charge on ticket. It took a month to be redone. I come in today to pick UT up at which point he tries to charge me again! And HIDES the sign that shows the guarantee. I ask yo see it so I can take a picd he replies with I cannot show IT to you! He is trying to sell fake goods! It's not engraved and never was! Do not buy from him! I almost called the police! Anyone can go to cvs print a pic and glue It on. He's a fraud...

I brought a ring in that I was having trouble setting. It was mostly done just needed to be straightened which took him less than 2 minutes. He charged $22.00 just to straighten a stone. He was rude, unprofessional and I haven’t gone back since and won’t. Who doesn’t even look up and greet a person walking into your jewelry store. Very bad experiences with this jewelry store. Better off at The Jewelry Exchange in Nanuet, NY. All the people at each booth are kind and helpful and they are honorable people unlike...

Very poor experiences I thought I could trust a jeweler when selling scrap gold and silver.. he won't even give you penny weight value and learning what I know now he ripped me off for 100s of dollars for sure which is very sad. He won't give you a fair price for anything for example if your gold is worth 500$ in penny weight you will be lucky to get 300 from him I wish I could get my rings back just so I could take it...
