NEW Z DELI & GRILL — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Probably one of the worst experience ever. I found bacon in my sandwhich and I can NOT eat at all. I wasted a whole sandwhich and when I told one of the workers he had nothing to say and just stood there and said "ok?". Did not offer me a new sandwhich or anything. Then a week later i find a hair in my bagel! By the way my hair was up in a bun and it was not my color...When I confronted the OWNER he stood there analyzing it to make sure it was not mine and then started comparing it to the worker's hair. I love there fresh fruit bowls and pasta etc and plus its so nice how nice they are to nice to the school kids. JASON THE DELIVERY DUDE IS AWESOME. I LOVE THE PLACE and These people who are complaining please be patient .Maybe and hopefully they know mopping with a dirty mop will make the place smell also hair in the food or something on how you are pleased with then call the health dept.I think the staff is nice and food is good ..Sorry for others who had a bad experience.Most places wear the plastic...

I ordered a cheeseburger and French fries!! I went home and opened the sandwich it's a bacon cheeseburger!! I called them about the bacon on the burger. The response was it comes with bacon if you didn't want it you should have said so!! I told him I ordered a cheeseburger not a bacon cheeseburger. He told me it's my fault and he doesnt know what to tell me!! Almost $8 and I tossed the sandwich bec we don't eat pork. The workers are rude and disrespectful!! Will never go...
