Marshalls — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I recently visited Marshalls in East Meadow to check out their spring collection. For bunny lovers, this place is a paradise, offering a wide range of bunny-themed items including decorations, tableware, accessories, pillows, towels, puzzles and even chocolates. They also have a nice variety of other products at affordable prices, although the organization could be improved. Clothes of different sizes are often mixed up, some items lack price tags, and torn clothes are occasionally on display. The staff could also be friendlier and more attentive to customers, as they sometimes seem more focused on chatting with each other. Additionally, the store layout needs improvement, as some aisles are too narrow for a cart, requiring customers to leave them while browsing. However, the parking is well-planned, which is a plus. Rude and functional staff. Ask for a price check and the women would not even check a price for us told us to go wait on the line in the front that was around 20-25 people long. We then asked someone who was roaming around by the register and she even told us to wait on the line to get a price check. After 20mins on the line we find out the item is not in the system and should not be on the floor yet. The reason we asked for a price check was because the item had no price listed it on. So after finding out item was not in the system they informed us we could not buy the item and would be more then happy to send someone to get a item like it from the shelves.... have to say this was a big waste of a...

So I moved to Uniondale from Baldwin where I usually shop at the Marshall in Freeport. I wished I still live there if I have to continue to shop here at this Marshall. Theres a line out the door and only 2 people ringing up the customers. 2 other people up front were hanging up the clothes. I have to tell you.. this is a very bad optic when "ready to purchase" customers are waiting on line and we notice 2 other associates see us but are not opening up.
