
First off if there was a way to give this business 0 stars that’s what I would do because I had the absolute worst experience with this business. I’ve tried to go to this florist all day and they’ve given me the run around. I first went to the shop at 4:30 pm when this shop closes at 8 pm. It was then that I was told that they were momentarily closed and the revisit the shop in half an hour. I then allowed plenty of time for the shop to reopen so that they wouldn’t be closed once again and revisit the shop at 7:15. I return and once again they are closed. This in itself was very stressful due to the fact that I have a time limit to what I need to buy and this run around really pushed my time restraint. I was referred to this business by a friend who visited the shop at around 4:00 pm. Being that I was advised to visit this shop I was excited until I was given the run around not just once but twice. I decided to call the shop to ask what was up and not only was I given attitude, I was lied to and once again given the run around. I was told that the business had been closed all day and all week, this was indeed a lie because my friend had visited the shop just a few moments before. Even if they decided to close up shop early I should’ve never been told to return and there should’ve been a sign posted that they would be closed for the day. Read moreI only went here because of the great reviews, but as soon as I went in I got a nasty attitude and eye roll from the girl working there, I paid for my bridal bouquet upfront and told them exactly how I wanted it, when I got there the wrapping on the bouquet was a different color, and they were supposed to add a pin to it, and it wasn’t even added on, I had to tell her to change the ribbon and and the pin because I already paid for it, I understand that the florist was the one that made it but there was no need for her to roll her eyes at me, and give me a stink attitude. And I’m the most nicest and patient person you will ever mean, not once did I get mad or yell, I kept my composure. I almost slipped and fell as you enter in because the AC was ontop of the door entrance by the window and there was a huge puddle on the floor, thank god I looked on the floor when I entered in, if not I would’ve fell, there was no caution wet sign or even a bucket to catch the water falling. My experience was horrible because of her attitude. Like how can you be rude to your customers that are nice?! Our company (large multinational jewelry company) contacted Casey's to help with sourcing florals for an event we were hosting in NY. Caseys florist cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
They waited until the day before the event to tell us that they would not be able to fulfill our order because they did not recieve prepayent, althrough it was explained to them (in writing) that our company has net 30 terms and will pay invoices within 30 days of receipt.
